Brian Coninx
Brian is the Executive Director of Development at 9606 Capital. There, he utilizes his years of experience as an engineer, consultant, and developer to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in a socially responsible manner.
A nature lover, Brian is committed to developing various real estate projects that not only meet social needs, but also preserve our mother earth. He relentlessly pursues “more natural” (in his own language) solutions to various challenges in development, ranging from environmental to structural. Trained as an engineer, his precision, integrity, and ability to balance all facets of the project has won the support of key government and community stakeholders in every development project.
Brian was born in Chicago, and he received a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from DePaul University. He is a registered Professional Engineer.
