Nicole Blajan
Nicole is an experienced development professional with over 15 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and residential projects. She is well-versed in managing the entire development life cycle, including site selection, pursuit of entitlements, development of construction drawings, general contractor procurement, and oversight of construction activities. Nicole is a team builder skilled at communication, robust organization, and strategic negotiations.
She joins 9606 after co-founding Cogent Capital Group, where she remains President of Acquisitions and Managing Partner. Previously, she was Vice President of Development for Banner Real Estate Group LLC, a real estate boutique firm in Chicago. She has also held positions with The Habitat Company and Marc Realty. Her persistence, tenacity, and ability to navigate complicated situations wins the respect and admiration of all the people around her.
Nicole holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, where she focused on real estate finance and investments and valuations. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
